1. ABOUT CRUXERO
Cruxero provides digital educational and organisational resources for students, including guides, checklists, planners, templates and starter packs.

2. USING THE STORE
By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. You must provide accurate order information and must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use it unlawfully.

3. PRODUCTS
We aim to describe each digital product clearly, including its intended audience, format and principal contents. Product images and previews are illustrative. Device, software, printer and display differences may affect appearance.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
The price shown at checkout is the price payable, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, technical error or an obvious pricing error, subject to applicable law.

5. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Unless stated otherwise, Cruxero products are digital and no physical product is shipped. Digital access is provided electronically using the delivery method shown during checkout, on the order confirmation page or in an order email.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for using a reasonably compatible device and software for the digital formats described on the product page.

6. PERSONAL USE LICENCE
Unless a product expressly states otherwise, a purchase gives the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased resource for personal use.

You may print printable resources for your own personal use and use editable features where the product is expressly sold as editable.

Without written permission from Cruxero, you must not resell, sublicense, redistribute or share purchased files; publicly upload them; reproduce them for commercial distribution; remove ownership or copyright notices; or represent Cruxero material as your own work.

A standard personal licence does not grant school-wide, classroom-wide, organisation-wide or multi-user rights.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Except for identified third-party material, the Cruxero website, branding and original resources are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchasing a product grants the applicable licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

8. EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION
Cruxero resources provide general educational and organisational information. They are not substitutes for official requirements or individual professional advice. Schools, colleges, universities, examination bodies, Student Finance organisations, government bodies and other third parties can change rules, dates, procedures and requirements. Verify important decisions and current requirements with the relevant official source.

Cruxero does not guarantee particular grades, admissions decisions, employment outcomes, financial outcomes or other results.

9. AI-RELATED RESOURCES
Where a Cruxero product discusses artificial intelligence, it provides general educational guidance. Students remain responsible for checking the current rules of their school, college, university, module or assessment and ensuring submitted work complies with those rules.

10. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
The Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may update the website and resources from time to time. A purchase is for the version and content described and supplied in connection with that purchase unless an update is expressly included.

12. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Subject to that, Cruxero is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or use of a resource contrary to its stated purpose or applicable official requirements.

13. PRIVACY
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Cruxero's business and remain subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to the customer.
