1. DIGITAL ONLY DELIVERY
Cruxero primarily sells digital educational resources. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, no physical product is shipped and there are no postal delivery charges.

2. HOW PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED
After successful payment, digital access is provided electronically using the method displayed at checkout, on the order confirmation page and/or in an order email.

3. DELIVERY TIMING
Digital products are intended to be made available electronically after successful payment and order processing. Security, payment-review or technical issues can occasionally delay access.

4. IF YOUR DOWNLOAD DOES NOT ARRIVE
Check the email address used at checkout, your spam or junk folder, and any download information on the order confirmation page. If you still cannot access the product, email office.cruxero@gmail.com with your order number and purchase email address.

5. FILE FORMATS AND COMPATIBILITY
The individual product page states the relevant format or features, such as printable or editable content. Review that information before ordering. Print results can vary by printer, paper, device and settings.

6. PHYSICAL SHIPPING
No physical delivery should be expected for a product described as digital. If Cruxero introduces a physical product in future, its applicable delivery terms and charges will be stated before purchase.
